Small wins lead to bigger wins. Remember the small wins in challenges; they may even make you smile.

Showing up in challenging times is not easy. It takes a lot of courage to show up and work on yourself. Remember to give yourself a break and show yourself some kindness. Just by showing up, you never know who you can inspire and help along the way.
