How do you know if you haven’t fully tried?
Sometimes you may be thinking the thoughts that go round and round:
-This isn't working!
-It's taking too long!
-Things are not happening fast enough (!!!)
-I'll never get there
-This is a waste of time
-Why isn't this happening fast enough?
-When will it be my time?
-How come it looks so easy for everyone else and why is it so hard for me?
Be aware of the thoughts that come up for you during the day. Are your thoughts serving you in the direction of your end goals? Or are they not serving you?
You may not be aware of what you really want in your job/career and it's ok. You can just be aware of your inner thoughts as the first step. Whether you want to do the work to find out what it is that you truly want is up to you. If it's too 'hard' or 'scary,' then that's your choice as it's not always easy and/or convenient to do the inner work.
It can take you two or more steps back as you learn to transition into a longer-term, more sustainable version of who you want to be and along the way, it may feel like a roller-coaster to get to where you want to be. The choice is up to you, as you are the creator of your own life.
