6 Ideas To Keep Focused
The key is to focus your energy on the things that serve you.
Write it down. Journal for a few minutes in the morning and evenings. Jot a quick note in the evening of all the things that need to be done for the next day.
Meditate: A few minutes of closing your eyes and being mindful of your breath can help to slow things down. If you want a break from your phone, simply remain still for a few moments. The key is staying still enough to hear messages that are meant for you.
Mindfulness: Be mindful looking within and listening to what is coming up for you. Tune out the distractions so that you can focus on what you need to do. Breathe it out via boxed breathing.
Pay attention: Stay present to the signs, symbols and messages that are being presented to you at all moments of the day.
Let go: Allow the flow of life to move through you. Let go of the thoughts that don’t serve you and focus on feeling good. Enjoy the feeling of ease and flow. Find moments of joy and have fun!
Focus: Set three priorities at the beginning of your day and focus on these priorities throughout your day. Celebrate your wins (small or big); be proud of the tasks that you’ve accomplished!
