Motivation to change

Being uncomfortable can be motivation for you to change. Someone told me a few days ago that he needed to do cold plunging and hot saunas first thing in the morning to motivate him to wake up and get things done. He needed to do this because of an old injury he faced and had no choice but to act. It’s challenging to start and once he started, he was able to improve his psychological and physical health. If there is something that you need to do, this may be your sign to just do it.

Change is developed through challenging times, not through easy times. Being ‘too comfortable’ can keep you stagnant and unwilling to get out of your own way to grow and be a better version of yourself.
