Your best is enough
Do your best. Instead of telling yourself that you 'should' have done better, you 'should' have known, etc., remind yourself that you're human and you're also going through a lot. You deserve some self-compassion and don't compare yourself to others as that makes it even more challenging for yourself. You are doing the best that you can with the resources that you have available. And even though you wish that it could be different, things are what they are, so do your best to approach things with flexibility. Being flexible means that sometimes you have to accept things as they are even if you don't like it and being more flexible means that you can let that energy go so that you can focus on what matters most to you.
