Sometimes…
There are so many times when you just don’t have all the answers.
Sometimes a message needs to be repeated, seen, heard, or felt differently before receiving it. Keep going if you don’t get your message across. Sometimes you just need a change in direction or a shift in mindset.
Sometimes when you don’t feel like you are doing your best, you have to be reminded when things are challenging. It is a lot of pressure to think that you are not doing your best so just trust that there are answers and that there is help.
Sometimes you don’t want to show your true emotions. Showing your emotions is not a sign of weakness. You are human. When challenging things happen, you are allowed to feel and experience the emotions. You can express yourself. You don’t have to apologize for being who you are. There are so many things that you cannot control. You can control how you feel and what you want to do with those emotions. It’s not going to be perfect, so be patient with yourself as you keep learning to navigate through the emotions.
So if you’re going through it, see if you can just allow and let yourself go with what you truly feel without any filters.
Sometimes you want someone to change so much that it just hurts. The reality is that you cannot change someone if they don’t want to change. Accepting that realization can be challenging. You can only change yourself.
Sometimes you just have to keep trying even when you don’t think it’s going to go anywhere and just push past to take the action. Your brain may convince you that it’s useless, a waste of time, etc. Pushing past the limiting thoughts may give you the hope that you’re looking for.
Sometimes it’s ok to need support. You’re not weak if you ask for help and receive help. You’re stronger for it.
