Be kind to yourself

When you feel scattered and unfocused, it’s a reminder to come back to yourself.

There are some days when you just don’t feel focused because you have so much that you’re experiencing, processing and understanding. Do your best to give yourself the grace and space that you need. If you’re going through a lot, remember to practice extra self-care and give yourself permission to go easy on yourself.

Focus on the things that will get you back into your own body. Can you take a walk? Can you take some deep breaths? Can you meditate? Remember that you know yourself best, so listen to your inner voices and acknowledge what you’re going through. #reminders
