Choice

You have a choice

When someone makes a judgement on a situation or person without seeing the whole situation or finding out more information, it can be challenging on the other (receiving) end.

If that someone wants to make a judgement based on limited information and they are offering a product/service that you think you need, remember that you have choices.

So this was my situation. I booked an appointment and was told the night before at 11 pm that my 9 am appointment (that is at least an hour away) was cancelled based on a person's judgement of a situation. She didn't have all the information, didn't want to find out the full story and made a decision based on her limited judgment. She didn't even bother to ask a potential paying customer (me) to hear the other side of the story and inconvenienced a potential client. This type of customer service is not the kind of customer experience you would want to encounter, as it's your time and energy. In looking at the online reviews, I know that I'm not the only person who's had this sort of unfortunate experience.

You don't have to take that kind of behaviour and support that cause with your hard-earned money. You have a choice to make a different choice.
