Every single time you get rejected, tell yourself that 'something better is coming.'  Keep repeating that something better is coming over and over until you believe it.  Even when you can't see that something better is coming, you have to keep reminding yourself that it is coming.

It can be challenging to do this when you don’t see the results and you are trying so hard to make things happen.

Though the harder you make things happen and don’t see it happen, the more you begin to believe that it won’t happen. So sometimes letting go of the pressure and working on yourself can be so helpful when you are trying and you're not getting the result that you expect.

It’s not easy with all the external pressure, so you need to find what works for you.

Every time you get ghosted, remind yourself that there are others who value your work and will see the value that you offer. Remind yourself of the immense value that you offer to others and how you have provided value in the past. Focusing on the money can be challenging when you feel like you need the money, so perhaps focusing on the value that you offer can help you shift your mindset so that you can keep providing value, trusting that the money will come. It’s not always easy to focus on yourself when in reality, there are bills to pay and things that you may be responsible for, so do the best that you can and keep taking care of yourself first.
