Changing daily routines

Morning networking and co-working for today.

Changing up the work environment is key when feeling like you need a break from your patterns/routines. Your brain can shift and perhaps even start to see things differently.

Analyzing Patterns

  1. Identify your peak productivity times: Determine when you are most productive. Some people are morning people whilst others are evening people. Schedule high-priority tasks during the times where you are most focused.

  2. Be aware of your distractions: Identify common distractions and find ways to reduce your distractions. Notice your patterns. For example, when you feel bored, do you look for snacks to help manage?

  3. Workload: Assess if your workload is evenly distributed or if there are certain days/times that are more busy compared to others. Do you have support to help with your workload?

How do you change up your daily routines?
